First, I logged in on my phone to link my accounts and ensure proper synchronization between devices. Then, I created labels to categorize emails according to their origin messages from classmates, teachers, and assignments. This organization helps keep the inbox structured and allows faster and more efficient access to information.

Afterward, I verified that the synchronization between email and mobile devices worked correctly by performing functionality tests, such as sending and receiving test messages and creating calendar events on both devices to confirm synchronization.
Finally, I created my email signature, including my full name, the institution where I study, the degree, and the academic year, to give my messages a professional appearance.
